SAN DIEGO, CA – More than a year and a half since the fateful day a 10-year-old El Cajon boy stabbed his 12-year-old playmate to death, his adoptive mother speaks out to raise awareness about his struggles with behavioral issues and how Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) played a role. Along with Dr. Kenneth Lyons Jones, MotherToBaby President and FAS pioneer, she urges women to avoid alcohol during pregnancy.
