Welcome to MotherToBaby Georgia
MotherToBaby Georgia is dedicated to providing FREE evidence-based information to mothers, healthcare professionals, and the general public about medications, alcohol, drugs of abuse, herbal supplements, chemicals, infectious diseases, and other exposures during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. In addition to our information service, pregnant women are also invited to participate in a research program where pregnancies are followed via phone interviews.
MotherToBaby Georgia is located at the Emory School of Medicine and is part of the Center for Maternal Substance Abuse and Child Development (MSACD). In addition to MotherToBaby Georgia MSACD includes prevention activities, research projects, and the Emory Neurodevelopmental and Exposure Clinic (ENEC), a clinic for children who have been exposed to alcohol or other substanced prenatally.
